Dom is one of the co-Founders of the Academy of Energy & Wellness,

CEO of ProEmpowerment LLC, and has been blessed to train and coach countless people living in every contintent of the world.  

Dom really loves creating impactful experiences, so he continues to enjoy serving people through speaking, leading workshops, one-on-one, and group experiences!

Growing up in the suburbs of northern New Jersey, Dom found his joy in music ministry at the age of 12, and has been actively engaged in music ministry, youth, and mens ministry throughout his adult life.   

It was here that he discovered how much he loved serving people in a way that had a profound effect on them!

Being raised to believe in the 

"American Dream" he worked his way through college and graduated with a degree in computer science, and earned his living in corporate IT for 25+ years primarily focused on change & service management.   Change creates impact, and so change management was an aspect of IT that he always kept gravitating towards in his career.

While climbing the corporate ladder, he got married, bought a home, adopted a dog, and became a father of two amazing sons (now teenagers), while also continuing to serve in church ministry.

By the time he reached his mid-40s, Dom's life radically began to change.  

He began to realize "The American Dream" wasn't all that it was cracked up to be.   

Having experienced a divorce, while also working at a failing corporate company, he began experiencing health issues and was put on anxiety medication for a number of years.  

His attention turned to focusing and pursuing holisitic health & personal development endeavors, which enabled him to completely come off the meds!  

Feeling so much better, his heart led him to further study and train on the dynamics of energy, it's interrelationship in how it works between people, and the law of attraction.  

He was at the head of his class in earning his mastery health coaching and life coaching certifications from the Health Coach Institute, enabling him to successfully launch his own full time coaching business.   

Recognizing this, the school invited Dom to become a part-time success coach and program-mentor for their program.   

During this period, Dom had a super natural experience when his father passed away.  The experiences have continued and only drew him further into studying the dynamics of human energy.

We know from Einstein that energy can't be created or destroyed - energy flows. 

Dom believes that energy moves with a kind of internal, emotive, spiritual direction.  

It was intentionally designed to be that way.  And so, it must have some effect... somewhere.

From this experience, Dom's philosophy has become: "There are no mistakes or accidents". 

After nearly 5 years of working part-time for the school he earned his certifications from, he resigned in the spring of 2022, and shifted his focus to begin working on building something brand new.  Something that helps bring clarity

to how all of this works!

His heart inspired him to become an ordained minister to build a ministry that will help to bring that clarity to people.

A community that people can feel at home to discover and connect with the energy of "that which is greater than themselves" to discover what is uniquely true for them, while also  equipping them in mastering how to use that connected energy to create more balance between mind, body, heart & spirit in a way that significantly impacts their life in a powerful, positive and constructive way, while also positively impacting the lives in their circle of influence!

The Academy of Energy & Wellness was born out of that inspiration.

Recently, Dom has become a certified Bio-well Energy Practioner, and continues advanced level training on the human energy field.

For Jay, many decades of serving in ministry and following the call of the Spirit have led to his co-founding Quantum Light Wellness and bringing to birth its first project, the Academy of Energy & Wellness. As we know, life rarely moves in a straight line. Jay’s path has varied experiences with working in a real estate brokerage branch office, in nursing units in a medical center, in NYC/NJ for an investment brokerage firm, and serving with charitable organizations. At the heart of all these experiences is Jay’s love to help others with their health, wealth and spiritual growth.

In his younger years as a second generation American, his grandmother instilled the importance of education – that that was something that ‘you can bring with you wherever you go’. Jay graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in Management Science & Information Systems. This included a double major in mathematics where he enjoyed studying Calculus, the mathematical study of change with a minor in Philosophy. Armed with a degree and having passed the Series 7 and 63, he worked in the financial services industry applying his technology skills with web application and database development, process and knowledge management and eventually to project management. With the financial crisis of 2008, he was part of a layoff and given an opportunity to consider new possibilities. 

Jay embarked on a ‘career’ shift that required him to not only change his relationship with money but to also let go of the idea that he was not good enough and moreover to trust that he was being divinely led. Jay had attended a conference in Chicago and recalled that moment vividly as he heard the Spirit calling him to consider working for a religious organization and just saying ‘yes’ while showering at the hotel. He was not sure whether his part-time experiences would be enough to qualify him for a full-time music minister position as he did not have a degree in music or music education. Moreover, he had to redefine what ‘success’ looks like. He knew that his compensation would pale in comparison to his previous work. A few days after saying ‘yes’, an opportunity came his way via email and a week later, he was interviewed and hired to serve full time in music ministry. His life would forever be changed as he was filled with gratitude from the first day to his last day eleven years later.

Jay had a number of experiences that awakened his consciousness. His perspective on time changed and his energy grew as he came to understand the law of attraction. He loved the movement of energy with the energy he brought and the synergy with other musicians. With pursuing theological studies with the University of Notre Dame, his ministry expanded to include spiritual formation and building a vibrant community. 

With Jay’s Mom retiring, his Mom asked whether he would welcome inheriting her home-based tax preparation business. It was an unusual gift as this was a gift that would keep on giving. It was also a second chance as Jay had previously declined when his uncle asked him about being self-employed in this line of business years ago. Once again, Jay heard the Spirit calling. It seemed counterintuitive to leave full time ministry given all the wonderful experiences though he could not deny the calling – a calling to help others with their personal finances.

The ‘big bad bug’ came in 2020, and Jay was hard pressed to consider his relationships - with the Spirit, with his spouse and family/friends. He came to fully realize he was living in his own shadow and was not being completely honest and true to himself and subsequently not able to live truthfully with all his relationships as spouse, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, Godfather, confidant, and so forth. He was not living in alignment with who he is. This led to making changes in his relationships, including divorce, and finding courage to stand in his truth.

In the midst of transitioning out of full time ministry and back to being a freelance music minister, Jay made room for the tax preparation business. He feels absolutely blessed for the opportunity to spend time with his Mom as well as his uncle and cousins who are in the same line of business. 

With making a transition with how he makes a living, Jay unexpectedly came into a new love relationship. And he finds himself with space to explore ministry in a new way with crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and so on which led to his becoming a Certified Sound Healer through Life Changing Energy whose courses are accredited by The Complementary Medical Association.

Jay holds near and dear to him the opportunity to serve others in ministry. Jay truly believes in abundance that in asking and giving that we receive. He also holds close to him a core belief on the importance of education and that we are on a lifelong journey where learning in community is essential. Jay finds himself grateful for his relationship with Dom with his own life journey and this opportunity to grow in community together where members seek to transform their darkness into light. While his paths have criss-crossed with health, wealth and spiritual wellbeing, Jay finds that the core thread is energy when it comes to wellness in body, mind, heart and spirit. 

As Einstein is quoted, “Everything is energy”. And as Tesla would say, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”
